Rosa brings depth, wisdom and business savvy through her expert delivery of The Handel Method® with her clients. Before joining Handel Group® in 2012, Rosa’s career spanned 20 years in banking, finance, retail and nonprofit industries. She also served in various capacities in grants management, financial auditing, and sales compensation design for large organizations.
At Handel Group, Rosa’s primary focus has been to coach and work intensively with individuals, lead workshops for divisions and teams, and perform organizational and cultural assessments for corporate clients – businesses large and small, entrepreneurs and start-up founders. She also works with executives and teams to support and enhance their personal and professional success, ultimately positively impacting performance as humans, colleagues, and organizations.
Rosa works with a range of diverse, high-performing individuals; from celebrities to small business leaders across the U.S. and internationally, and C-suite executives in multi-million dollar companies looking to enhance their broader careers as well as their capacity to produce results they are proud of in their current roles.

Fluent in Spanish and English, Rosa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Finance. She lives in Miami with her husband of 20 years, Mike, and her children, Miguel and Melina. She loves working out, the beach, and spending time outdoors with her family.
